Bird Catering & Lounges that successfully runs airport lounges, food trucks and food courts has now ventured in cloud-kitchen space with this launch. Bird Catering & Lounges has several in house cuisine brands including Saunf, Sicily, Sesame, Tamarind, Board Bar and Nik Nak, that will also be offered now through this kitchen.

The menu is an eclectic mix of the humble street food and plenty of home-like dishes in which the focus remains firmly on flavour.
