Curated by the newly appointed Sous Chef , Chetaan Gowda, the menu is a soulful tribute to the vibrant simplicity of Italian flavours, designed to capture the spirit of la dolce vita in every bite.
With his roots in modern European cuisine and a passion for seasonal produce, Chef Chetaan brings a fresh perspective to Caprese. His summer weekend tasting menu is an elegant blend of traditional Italian culinary techniques and thoughtful innovation, presented through a vegetarian or non-vegetarian prix fixe format, priced at INR 2200++.

Guests begin with summery options such as Insalata alla Caprese 2.0, Minestrone alla Caprese, or a luxurious Seafood Bisque, before moving to hearty mains and ending with a classic Italian finale – the delicate dessert with perfect balance of sea salt and sugar to balance the summer.
