The event revolved around the most important meal of the day- Breakfast and most delicious yet healthy food-EGGS! EEDUcative Breakfast was led by Mister Tikku which is one of Delhi’s most-loved community of food enthusiasts.
EEDUcative Breakfast kick started with the famous dishes of the outlet- Vada Pao and Bun Muska followed by an interactive demo workshop with Chef Anahita Dhondy as everyone explored exciting EEDU (Parsi for ‘egg’) based breakfast recipes and feast on a select menu from the ever-so-famous and appetizing ‘The Big Bawa Breakfast’. With growing population and ever-increasing demand of affordable resources, egg is considered as a very precious food throughout the world as it is one sustainable source of high quality protein, minerals and vitamins. The event educated the audience with delicious and quick-to-make recipes and health benefits of eggs. The brekkie ended with lots of giggles, singing, poetry and attendees were gifted colorful flowers made out of egg carton.
