New Delhi, December 24, 2017: In order to achieve the desired percentage of skilled man power as required in the classification criteria, Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Kovalam, Thiruvananthapuram is conducting 6 day Skill Certifi cation Training Programme, for the benefit of the employees of the hotels/organizations.
The details of the programme are given below:
Training Schedule – 02.01.2018 to 07.01.2018.
–> 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
–> Food Production, F&B Service, House Keeping and Front Office
–> 30 number of candidates per trade per batch

No course fee.
No formal qualification is required, only Trade experience (Food Production / F&B Service /Housekeeping) is required.
Candidate will be selected on first come first served basis.
No age limit.
Institute would pay participant a stipend of Rs.300/-per day.
Institute will provide working lunch, mid-morning / evening tea.
The participants will be issued a training Certificate after completion of the programme. (must be present on all days).
You are requested to nominate employees (Cooks, Waiters), those who do not have any hotel management qualification, from your organization for attending the above said 6–day free Skill Certification Training Programme.

Trainees must send their application forms alongwith the following documents:
1. Copy of Aadhar card

3. Work Experience certificate issued by the Hotelier / Employer
4. Photocopy of the first page of Bank Pass Book (aadhar linked account).
Participants should be in their respective hotel uniform, shoes and should keep proper grooming standards.
