Market excitement builds for Genting Dream’s deployment to her new home port in Singapore this November
Mumbai, October 17, 2017: Dream Cruises, the Asia luxury cruise brand of Genting Cruise Lines and sister brand of Star Cruises and Crystal Cruises, is gearing up for the arrival of Genting Dream to her new home port in Singapore this November. A floating integrated luxury resort, Genting Dream is Dream Cruises’ first luxury cruise ship launched nearly a year ago and brings a new era of luxury cruise travel to Southeast Asia.
Sailing from her new home port beginning 3rd December, Genting Dream will cater to India’s strong/cruise market bringing guests on alternating weekly 5-night/6-days itineraries to Kuala Lumpur, Phuket and Penang, as well as North Bali and Surabaya.
Specifically designed for the Asian market, Genting Dream is equipped to accommodate 3,400 guests, attended by 2,000 crew members, forming the leading crew-to-guest ratio in Asia-based cruising. Accommodation on board Genting Dream reflects both size and choice for guests with over 70 per cent of staterooms featuring private balconies and over 100 connecting rooms catering to extended families and groups. Another unique example of the luxury on board Genting Dream is the ‘Dream Palace’, a ‘ship-within-a-ship’ concept containing lavish suites featuring European-style butler service and special guest privileges.
