HICSA is one of the most coveted forums for all hospitality players and the awards conferred at the two day event are amongst the highest accolades for members of the industry recognising “best amongst the best”. Criteria were based on MakeMyTrip Ratings, Guest Rooms (Interiors, Design and In-Room Amenities), F&B (Meeting and Banqueting) and Corporate Social Responsibility just to name a few. Registered delegates were invited to cast their votes the winners were shortlisted by an independent panel of judges comprising various key industry leaders.
