With over 11 years of valuable experience, Dhruv brings a wealth of expertise in hospitality operations and business management. His background includes tenures at prestigious properties such as Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Embassy Manyata Business Park Bengaluru, The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, St. Regis Mumbai, and Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar.
Dhruv in his recent assignment was Dual – Front office manager with the 619 keys, Hilton & Hilton Garden inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata, cluster. During his time, the hotel was awarded with the most prestigious Connie award for 2023 on operational excellence and high quality guest satisfaction, followed by Most improved guest satisfaction at Hilton Garden Inn. At The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, Dhruv was the apex operations head and led the resort team in the absence of a Resort GM.
