Mumbai, September 30, 2024: Novotel Hyderabad Airport held a lively cake-mixing and grape-stomping event to commemorate the beginning of the festive season. These vibrant and joyous events took place at the hotel on 29th September 2024, bringing together guests, staff, and members of the community for a celebration filled with fun and excitement. The brunch witnessed an assorted menu curated by the culinary team at the hotel, comprising yellow chilli tawa paneer, malai broccoli & zucchini, for the vegetarian foodies, and in the non-vegetarian cuisine,  Peri Peri Prawns, Mustard Bombay Duck fish, mutton chapli and other gourmet dishes.

The Cake Mixing Ceremony is a much-loved tradition at Novotel Hyderabad Airport. Guests donned aprons and chef hats to mix a delightful assortment of dry fruits, spices, and spirits, preparing the ingredients for the hotel’s signature Christmas cake. Guests also experienced the age-old tradition of grape stomping. Yet, another Novotel Airport specialty designed to be a fun, interactive way for guests to celebrate the festive spirit while learning about winemaking traditions.
