Bangalore, December 10, 2022: Sanchez has introduced a Season’s Special Menu that promises to shake off the winter chills with a host of Mexican delights. The special menu will be available at both outlets Sanchez Indiranagar and Sanchez UB City from 20th December to 31st December 2022.

Curated by Chef Vikas Seth, the menu features a sizzling winter grill done Mexican style. Unique ingredients such as King Oyster Mushrooms and grilled Octopus have been used to create brand-new iterations of classic dishes. Served with delicious and fresh pineapple salsa, our favourite is the barbeque King Oyster Mushroom served with onions that are grilled to perfection. 

The flavoursome grilled octopus is a must-have – marinated in Morita to give the meat that lovely smokey flavour. This juicy dish is accompanied by Sanchez’s house salad and roasted tomato salsa. Don’t forget to check out the Mistletoe Margarita and yummy mulled wine. The star of this menu is the delicious and crispy Star Churros that come with a yummy berry coulis and melted dark chocolate.
