This unique food festival will bring special Nawabiflavors from the streets of Lucknow to Indore. It commenced at THE Park Indore’s culinary voyage- Epicentre offering mouth-savouring authentic Lucknavi delicacies. Executive Chef Gaurav Malhotra and his team have put together an array of sumptuous dishes like theGalouti Kebab, Chicken Shammi Kebab, Mutton Shammi Kebab, Sheermal, Dum Murg ki Kacchi Biryani, Kaju Curry, Dum Aloo Lucknowi, Murg Shahi Korma, Shabnam Curry, Nihari and Kulcha, Tunday Kebab, Dora Kebab.
