Caseloads both in India as well as globally are plummeting. The announcement for doing away with mandatory quarantine rules couldn’t be better timed. Mandatory quarantine was resulting in many International travellers giving India a miss. We hope that the government resumes scheduled international flights as soon as possible to make most of the relaxation of earlier curbs . We expect that with relaxation in place and scheduled flights in operation we will see a drastic improvement in inbound tourist this year. We also vouch for looking at complete opening of international travel with cautionary measures although many countries like UK have decided to live with the virus and let the guard down.

India opens doors to international travellers by easing out restrictions Mandatory Quarantine was restricting people from other countries to travel to India Pandemic did take a toll on the hospitality sector but with quarantine waiver, international travel will be revived and so will India’s tourism. Increasing Business travel would mean more business for our hotels especially Bangalore. Once the restrictions are eased out by the Government, it helps generate confidence in people to travel and dine out again.
