Sheraton Grand Pune announces the appointment of Rohit Nair as the Front Office Manager. A seasoned hotelier, with over 10 years of professional exposure. Rohit brings an array of skills to the table and ensure stellar services in all aspects of guest experience, operations management and manpower planning.
At Sheraton Grand Pune Rohit will be responsible for maintaining established quality and service standards and also focus on developing new ideas and concepts to bring in innovation and creativity to enhance the guest experience. He will also be managing the rooms operation to ensure and elevate the experience for guests.
Rohit holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management Studies from University of Mumbai. Rohit’s passion and dedication in the industry has seen him rise through several positions over the years, across a range of luxury portfolio of hotels in the industry. During his tenure, he has been associated with leading brands like ITC Group, Taj Group of Hotels & Marriott International. Prior to joining the Sheraton Grand Pune, Rohit was associated with The St. Regis, Mumbai as an assistant front office manager.
