Some heroic dishes on offer, signature to Copper Chimney are options such as the Kadak Roomali, the handkerchief-thin bread roasted crisp on an inverted ‘Tawa’ and seasoned with a choice of seasonings, Tandoori Fire Chicken, Copper Chimney’s take on the ever-popular tandoori chicken, Smoked White Pepper Chicken Chops, a classic from when Copper Chimney opened in 1972, and the Burrah Chop which are cinnamon scented tender lamb chops perfected for decades.
Flavourful curries have been a specialty at Copper Chimney, be it the signature Butter Chicken, with its tomato, butter-flavoured gravy immersed with boneless tandoori chicken chunks, Lamb Rogan Josh, marinated for over 6 hours in our secret 21-spice blend and slow-cooked with ‘Rogan’, Paneer Masala, the Copper specialty unchanged since its inception over four decades, the Bazaar ke Chole specially flavoured with crushed “Anardana” or the Dal Maharaja which is slow cooked for hours, finished with a touch of Organic ‘Ghee’.
