Ritesh brings with him immense experience and possesses good communication and leadership skills. In his previous tenure he was associated with JW Marriott as the Food & Beverage manager with a department comprising of over 100 associates.
Ritesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Srinivas College, Mangalore University. He has a professional expertise in Annual Budgeting, Employee engagement, Knowledge of food and beverage, erational excellence, Cost Management, Customer relationship management, Business development, Managing teams, Purchase and Inventory management, Promotions and Events, Marketing strategy, Vendor Management, Coaching, Mentoring and developing Managers, Organizing and executing training workshops and activities. Ritesh brings with him immense passion, energy and quality assurance. He was also awarded the “Food & Beverage Manager of the year in East region” by BW Hotelier Indian Hospitality Awards 2019.
