He has worked in major countries like Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Caribbean and now in Southeast Asia in Dhaka as a speciality expat chef.
With a specially tailored menu to tantalize your taste buds, the culinary maestro is all set to take you on a flavourful Italian sojourn to the Kitchens of Italy. Savour an array of classic and flavoursome soups like like ‘Barley pearl with mushrooms and chicken soup’, ‘Octopus and chickpea soup’ and ‘Potato gnocchi stuffed with Taleggio cheese’. Relish the appetizers like ‘Duck Breast ham and caramelized fig bruschetta’, ‘Antipasto Emiliano’, a mix of Italian cold cut, gnocco fritto, erbazzone savory cake, grill vegetable and ‘Vitello Tonnato’, cold sliced veal loin, seasonal green salad, tuna capers sauce and bread parmesan crouton.
