New Delhi, May 13, 2019: Head to Caribbean Culinary Trip at Tiara the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Meluha, The Fern, Powai. Chef Culinaire, Nilesh Limaye will be showcasing culinary delicacies from the Caribbean islands for 20 days starting from May 12 and ending on May 31.
The spread includes salads, cold cuts, soups, appetizers and main course dishes from various island countries. Some of the dishes from the buffet include shrimps and pineapple salad, Chicken and pineapple soup, Plantain and bacon, jerk spice steak, blackened fish with coconut, Caribbean fried mango, Yam and chickpeas cake and many others.
