From the thick deliciousness of sarson da saag to the crispy combo of chhole bhature, the famously flavourful pindi chane, to the special achari mutton, you will be over pampered.
Executive Chef Parimal Sawant from The Lalit Mumbai has crafted delicacies to ring in Baisakhi festivities. “India is a land of hidden delights when it comes to spices and flavours. Every time I step into the kitchen, the expansive nature of Indian cuisine surprises me. It is my pleasure to share some of the best North Indian delicacies I have created during my career.
