Noida, November 30, 2018: First time in Noida, INOX Leisure Limited with largest multiplex chains has tied up with Spectrum@metro for a 10 screen megaplex. The company is already developing its maiden commercial venture, Spectrum Metro located in sector 75, which is in advanced stages of construction. Country Inn Hotel & Resorts, accommodating both business and leisure travelers has also tied up with the company. 
 
The 1st phase of Spectrum Metro is being developed in an area of 6 acres, with further development of 2nd phase in 9 acres including office space, retail spaces, medical facilities, food court, serviced apartments, corporate centres, student marts and much more in offer. The high street retail under its first phase has tied up with INOX, covering an area of 70,000 sq ft with a 10 screen megaplex. In the 1st phase of Spectrum@metro spread across 6acres, the company has also associated with Country Inn Hotel  & Resorts  with 50 rooms sprawling to an area of 30,000 sq ft. 
 
The project is centrally located with excellent social and civic infrastructure and is expected to cater to a footfall of almost 8 lakh people with over 100 plus international brands present. The entire project is a green building development conforming to cost-saving parameters and energy efficient elements and will have a total saleable area of approximately 1.2 mn sq. ft.
