Mastery in the kitchen has led him to gain hands on experience in French, Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean and German Cuisine. His skills as a chef are brought about through his travels and competing in various culinary competitions for which he has won several accolades. Chef Akshay was previously with the Kochi Marriott where he was the Chef de Cuisine.
