AccorHotels is proud to announce its two biggest wins at the 12th Hotel Investment Conference South Asia (HICSA) awards recently. Novotel Imagica Khopoli was named the ‘Best New Hotel of the Year 2016’ in the upper mid-market category and Hotel Formule1 Gurgaon was awarded the ‘Best budget/Economy hotel award’ at the prestigious event.
Recently held in New Delhi, HICSA is one of the most coveted forums for all hospitality players and the awards conferred at the two day event are amongst the highest recognitions for members of the industry. The awards methodology is based on TripAdvisor Ratings, Guest Rooms (Interiors, Design and In-Room Amenities), F&B (Meeting and Banqueting), Corporate Social Responsibility to name a few from the 12 different criteria and an independent panel of judges comprising key industry leaders.
