Our core competencies include a team comprising of experts who are 24×7 available, a dedicated international training module so that we can provide the best services to our customers, this includes a rigorous selection process too. Security consciousness is another aspect that is kept in mind while performing the services; our team takes proper care of the client’s property or assets. Currently, the clients have to choose individual service from range of services under FM umbrella. At Tops Facility the vision is to bring in concept of integrated facility management where various services are presented as bundled solutions. This will help companies optimize cost and increase their operational efficiency.

8. What are the different service levels and how do they differ from each other?

In the Indian scenario most of the FM companies will work on input basis where fixed headcounts are pre-defined. This trend is slowly changing towards output based contracts where mutually agreed SLAs/KPIs are established and accordingly resources are deployed. The latter is more solution based model rather than just a deployment of manpower approach. Due diligence is also conducted to study the facility and come up with optimal use of manpower and machine for the effective FM.
