The 13th edition of the 4- city roadshow to bring over 45 exhibitors and close to 1200 tour operators under one roof 

Hyderabad, January 23, 2016: South African Tourism kick-started the 2016 edition of their biggest travel trade engagement initiative – 13thAnnual Roadshow. The roadshow will be held in four cities, starting with Kolkata on 18 January, and thereafter moving to Delhi(19 January) and Hyderabad (21January) before culminating in Mumbai on 22 January. This interactive program is planned to increase destination awareness among travel planners in India.

The roadshow sees an annual participation by over 50 exhibitors with first timers Southern Africa 360 Luxury Holidays, Go Garden Route & Klein Karoo, Earth Explorer Tours & Travel, Ascot Golf Tours, Amrho Tourism PTY Ltd, African Eagle.South African suppliers have always found the Indian market to be an open and accepting market. Encouraged by the potential of the Indian market and the tremendous growth opportunities it offers, manySouth African suppliers have shown keen interest and have started business operations across various regions of the country. The Tourism Board will lead the 50member delegation of South African traders.

The annual roadshow organized by South African Tourism have continued to witnessed an overwhelmingresponse and grow in attendance from Indian travel agents year on year. Other notable initiatives from South African Tourism board include ‘Learn SA Roadshow with TAAI which reached over 1700 agents last year.
