The menu is carefully curated to capture the best of Italian flavors with a selection of bestsellers like Aragusta in 5 consistenze –Lobster cooked in 5 different ways served with polenta; Parmigiana di Melanzane –Crisp fried eggplant slices layered with air whipped mozzarella, tomato confit & basil sauce; Risotto zaffarano e pollo nero –Vilone nano rice , saffron,  black chicken & red currants; Pasta Caprese –Handmade eggless pasta stuffed with Burrata , cherry tomato confit  & crisp fried leeks; Maialino –Sous vide cooked pork neck glazed with honey and served with eggplant confit, jus & green herb sauce; Ratatouille –Spring vegetables served on potato veloute marinated overnight in Indian malt whisky; Tiramisu 3.0 –Classical Italian dessert made with mascarpone cheese, egg custard, bailey’s liqueur, cocoa powder savoiardi biscuits, coffee & chocolate discs; Torta Caprese –Italian almond chocolate cake served with salted cashew ice-cream; and a mélange of Chef Roberto’s exciting new creations like Insalata del mio giardino –Celery & black pepper juice , Spontaneous herbs, smoked cubes of Eggplant; 18 Bottoni –Handmade pasta stuffed with tenderloin marinated with whisky served in consommé Costolette di Agnello –New Zealand lamb rack marinated with salmi- a Traditional Italian marination of Red wine, grappa, sage, rosemary, blackpepper, juniper berries, cloves served with vegetables, crisp mashed potatoes & lamb jus are some of the highlights.
