The hotel has some good staff in particular 4 people that make u feel comfortable.
1) Sophia : I have never met someone so prompt and diligent at the reception. If she is on duty all your calls are answered in less than a couple of rings and further more no directions are given for any services. I have been staying there for months and haven’t had any issues that are not take care of when she is at receptions. we have actually spoilt ourselves by asking for Sophia every time so that we do not have to dial in any room dining or other services number as we are know she will get the job done.
2) Chandan, Jeetandra and Chef Amit ; This two people make you culinary experiences memorable be it breakfast or dinner you always find them going out of their way and makinf sue that you enjoy your meals. Even requests that are off the menu or not a part of buffet are made available in short time. Jeetandra espically remembers all our requests(sine we are a group of 8-10 people that stays every week) and makes sure that they are fulfilled. All of us are so comfortable with both (Jeetandra and Chef Amit) that we espically ask for them to help us during our meals.
