New Delhi, July 07, 2017: The first day of the 4th Edition of Hospitality Challenge 2017 by ASSOCIATION OF HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONALS embarked today with the Culinary Competition. Around 30 young chefs from prominent hotels across Delhi & NCR showcased their skills in 3 different categories of culinary challenges, ‘International Cuisine’, ‘Oriental Cuisine’ and ‘Ornamental Bread’ .

The competition will see the gathering of around 200 young professionals from prominent hotels under one roof at the AHP platform who demonstrated their knowledge, expertise and innovation in different ways. The event will witness three days of culinary competitions in 11 different categories. The coming two days of the competition will witness categories like Authentic Indian Cuisine, Tandoor, 45 Minutes live Challenge, Sweet Sensation, Biryani Competition, Dressing a Cake, Wedding Cake and Halwai . This platform is designed to felicitate the team at work behind the scene and bringing out the best for the guests.
