New Delhi, November 23, 2017: Adding another star to its vast portfolio of heritage properties, WelcomHeritage has recently launched one more hotel under its “Nature Resort” category in the Holy city of Punjab “AMRITSAR”. This becomes its 33rd operational property of the 40 Alliances, spanning across 15 states and the first one for the ‘Farm-Stay’ option of the group.
 
Ranjitvilas, a property developed and approved by the Punjab Heritage & Tourism Promotion Board under it’s Farm Tourism Scheme, is a j oint venture of four family members of Late Sardar Ranjit Singh Makhni who dreamt of making his grandchildren stay together in an authentic Punjabi farm house and not forget the taste of punjabiyat and richness of Punjab heritage. Ranjit Makhni and his brothers, worked to grow the family, powered by their belief in the importance of family and care. Thus the project inspired by his ideas and style of working, was made to make his dreams true.

The property features 20 exquisitely designed executive rooms each with a personal courtyard and 2 well appointed Suite Rooms. These 22 themed bedrooms provide an experience within themselves. Each suit features a king size bed with character furniture and beautifully appointed bathrooms. In addition all rooms have their own patio to relax while sipping their drinks. All the furniture used is carved and created by the best of the craftsmen.
All rooms and suites are equipped with mini bar, LED television, temperature control, satellite channels, in-room tea and coffee maker, Safe Box and Wi-Fi broadband connectivity. All bathrooms are equipped with rain shower and standardized amenities.
 
The in-house restaurant – The Indian Rasoi serves authentic Indian Cuisine with a village like flavour, serving all day dining a-la-carte menu. The restaurant serves complimentary Hi-Tea to all the guests residing at the property.
