This prestigious event will be held on Tuesday,18th July, 2017 at its Gurgram campus and is set to witness pastry mavericks from length and breadth of the nation, to compete for the coveted prize of India’s top Pastry Chef/Chefs.

The best of the chefs would be awarded top prize, as they get to represent —- the country in Asian Pastry Cup 2018 in Singapore. The competition will be a rigorous test to prove one’s dexterity in the art of pastry making, their proficiency, technique and ingenuity in creating masterpieces worth of accolades. Esteemed judges including Chef Emmanuele For cone (Chief Jury for the World Pastry Cup in France 2017), Chef Vincent Bourd in (Director, Asian Pastry Cup Singapore),Chef Avijit Ghosh (Corporate Pastry Chef, Leela Hotels) and Chef Parvinder Singh Bali( Corporate Chef – The Oberoi Center of Learning and Development) will preside over the judging procedures .
