Guests can savour a variety of South Indian cuisines and their dynamic flavours throughout the year as the hotel appoints Chef Prabhakaran to lead South Indian cuisine at their Indian station. An award-winning chef, he will debut at the hotel by introducing the authentically spiced Chettinad delicacies like Chettinad chicken, Vazhsipoo Meen Kuzhambu, Kuzhi Paniyaram and Idiyappam to name a few, with a live station for South Indian chaats.

The Chettinad festival will witness the traditional showcase of delicacies with an elaborate menu celebrating the cuisine. Chef Prabhakaran’s prowess lies in his research capabilities which he employed to bring forth the best from the region. He undertook three day journey to Chettinad to understand the use of regionally differentiated ingredients and spices which will lend an authentic taste to the menu. He also met some of the local folks who shared their insights to craft the perfect Chettinad meal which will leave the guests spoilt for choice.
