Caprese

At Caprese, the skilled culinary team,presided over by the hotel’s Executive Chef Antonio Tardi, delivers Spanish Tapas, Middle Eastern Mezze Platters and Italian dishes.With an emphasis on engagement, the team has developed dishes supported by the open Tapas counter, such as Parma Ham carved at the table or classic Italian Tiramisu prepared in front of guests. A strong emphasis is also placed on high-quality fresh, green ingredients, either hand-picked locally or imported, allowing the chefs to create healthy dishes.

Caprese is stylishly designed with strong wood finishes, wooden sculptures and hanging metal lanterns. Its wall is adorned with framed photographs while terracotta topiary pots add to the green scenery of the treetops below. The table setups are elegant and neat, avoiding elaborate and bulky decorations. The restauranthas a total indoor and outdoor seating capacity of 94 guests.

Ssaffron blends the soothing features of the outdoor deck and views over the green cityscape with its sophisticated, elegant and up-market indoor setting. Presenting a spectacular sky-dining experience in an elegant setting, Yataii brings a touch of authenticity and freshness to Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru.
