Dim sum means “touching the heart” in Cantonese. Chef Ye Haijun’s Dim sums menu offers a large Dim sum selection with option of steamed, fried, pan fried and baked dim sums, to suit every palate. The menu offers sixteen varieties of the most celebrated Dim sums like Marinated cucumber with garlic and Prawn crackling ball, made with seasonal premium ingredients to satiate both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian palates.

Further into the menu, guests can choose from a classic selection of signature clay pots and barbeque specialties showcasing Shang Palace’s sensational dishes like Chef Fu Lie’s native place Hubei’s signature eggplant with minced pork and sliced chicken with black bean, fresh chilies and okra. End with a selection of finest desserts.
