New Delhi, September 24, 2018: Sands Resorts Macao hosted cocktail and dinner events entitled Search for a Star – The Brightest New Stars of Sands Resorts Macao in Mumbai and New Delhi on Sept. 5 and 7, to introduce the integrated resort’s newest offerings to the travel industry, meeting organisers and media partners, while at the same time thanking them for their continued support.

The events were part of a six-month, 15-city roadshow that visited Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Shenyang, Chengdu, Wuhan, Hong Kong, Taipei, Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo, Osaka, and now Mumbai and New Delhi.  The theme of “Search for a Star” represents Sands Resorts Macao and its many new hotel offerings, entertainment options, dining and leisure activities.

Speaking at the event, Stephanie Tanpure, Vice President of Sales, Sands China Ltd., emphasised that Sands Resorts Macao has enjoyed strong and successful relationships with its trade partners in India over the past 11 years since The Venetian® Macao first opened in 2007.

“Meeting face to face to bring our partners up to date on all our developments is vitally important in communicating a shared vision and we are grateful for this opportunity. It’s thanks to our industry colleagues that we have the confidence to make the big, bold decisions that help us maintain our leading position in the market and contribute to Macao’s continued success.”

This year’s roadshows incorporated cocktail receptions and gala dinners designed to showcase the integrated resort’s seven hotels, special offers and products, along with the facilities and entertainment available to guests, while further reinforcing business relationships in these key markets.

Guests were welcomed by the resorts’ signature Streetmosphere characters, followed by cocktails and dinner. Entertainment was provided by Sands Resorts Macao’s own in-house dancers and singers with The Parisian Macao team performing a traditional French themed dance routine entitled “Dernière Danse” and The Venetian Macao dancers bringing their own style and energy on stage to the hit song “Can’t Stop the Feeling”.
