Poolside at VITS Luxury Hotel is hosting ‘Rajasthani Food’ Festival that brings the rich culinary food of Rajasthan on a plate. With most of the ingredients like khichiya papad, mutton and ker sangri being brought in from Rajasthan, the traditional methods of cooking and ingredients stick true to its authenticity.

Among the starters the Dahi ke Soole (Yogurt Kebabs) and Dhungar Lagi Boti (Smoked Boneless Lamb with onions) that are absolute stand-outs.
No Rajasthani Main course is complete without Laal Maas, Ker Sangri (Wild Berries in Spices and Yoghurt) and Jodhpuri Gattey, Masala Baati (which was stuffed with potatoes). The Thali also consisted of lip smacking Choorma Ladoo and Mawa Mishri ka Ladoo. The entire meal brings a true Rajasthani culinary journey.

This festival is carried out under the Executive Chef Stephan Supervision with Chef Rajaram, Chef Deep Prakash, who has many years of experience of cooking traditional Rajasthani food has curated the entire menu.
