GINGER COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

Butter 225Gm

Brown Sugar 200Gm

Egg 2No

Vanilla Essence 5Gm

Refined Flour 345Gm

Baking Soda 10Gm

Salt 2Gm

Cinnamon powder 2Gm

Ginger Powder 2Gm

Clove Powder 1Gm

METHOD

Ø Beat Butter, sugar together then add egg white and refined flour.

Ø Mix rest of the ingredients all together.

Ø Roll the dough to flatten and cut in different shapes with the help
of cutter.

Ø Bake at 160* for 15 minutes

Ø Ginger cookies is ready to serve
