New Delhi, April 19, 2018: London’s newest Nobu Restaurant, set within the Nobu Hotel Shoreditch, launched the new Nobu Café in the Lobby Lounge of the hotel, serving an eclectic café menu with an exclusive Matcha bar, London’s only Kinto hand-brewed Japanese filter coffee and a luxurious Nobu-style afternoon tea.

From 7 a.m., Nobu Café will serve a selection of Asian-inspired pastries and sweets alongside a “Nobu Bites” menu of hot and cold plates adapted from some of the restaurant’s best-loved dishes and featuring a number of Nobu-style twists on classic lunch items.

Guests looking for their caffeine fix can enjoy London’s only Kinto hand-brewed Japanese filter coffee—an innovative pour-over method that features a sustainable stainless-steel filter that allows more of the coffee’s natural oils to infuse in the cup—as well as a speciality slow-drip cold brew and an extensive range of IKAATI artisanal whole leaf teas. These will be joined by a selection of specialty lattes, fresh pressed juices and iced teas according to hotelmanagement.net.

Continuing with the Nobu mission to embrace its surroundings, Nobu Café will also be launching an exclusive and luxurious afternoon tea, served daily from noon to 5 p.m. Accompanied by tea or coffee, and the option to add a glass of Veuve Clicquot or a cup of Kinto coffee or Imperial Gyokuro tea, the afternoon tea will offer a unique take on the British tradition.

For evening guests, Nobu Café will also have an alcohol menu featuring wine and beer alongside a range of Japanese-inspired  tea-based cocktails.
