Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel has announced the appointment ofKapil Dubey as Executive Chef. ChefDubey comes to Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel with 12 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries. In his role, he will be overseeing all of the hotel’s culinary operations from menu engineering to management of food revenues, trainings and ensuring excellence in the kitchen department.

Chef Dubeyis well-versed withStarwood Hotels and Resorts as he formerlyplayed the role of Executive Sous Chef at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi. During his time at The Westin Gurgaon, he was recognized as a culinary spearhead possessing qualities of an inspirational leader, an artistic chef and a grounded individual.

Chef Dubey started his culinary career with the Park Hyatt Goa and then moved on to different organizations like the One & Only Royal Mirage Dubai, Four Seasons in Maldives, Ritz Carlton Dubai and JW Marriott Mumbai.

Having served in various hospitality food and beverage positions at prestigious organizations across the globe and being the proud holder of professional Hotel Management degree, he embodies a treasure trove of gastronomic knowledge. His extensive experience covers training of a range of chefs and other staff for professional advancement, leading as well as assisting esteemed chefs in menu and recipe development, etc. He has often been accredited for his unique leadership skills, self-motivation, training techniques and ability to work affable and effectively with workplace personnel.

Chef Dubey’s achievements also include being awarded the Times Food Awardfor best all day dining 2010 in Pune, best fine dining Italian restaurant 2010 in Pune, best fine dining Italian brunch restaurant 2011 in Pune and many more.
