New Delhi July 30, 2013: F&B and Restaurant Business has emerged as the Number One Business opportunity in India. The total eating-out market in terms of consumer spent in India has almost grown by 1000% since year 2000. 34 per cent of Indian consumers spend on an average between Rs 500 to Rs 1000 on eating out almost once it not twice a week .Funding in the restaurant space has increased by almost six times in the last two years , which has increased prospects of scaling up of  the Restaurant business.

Under the flagship of Franchise India Media, we are pleased to bring to you the third annual Indian Restaurant Congress and Awards 2013 which will be held at Taj Vivanta (earlier The Claridges, Surajkund), Delhi NCR, on August 29-30, 2013.
