Guests can savour sumptuous delicacieslikeAloo sabudane ki tikki( Crispy fried potato dumpling coated with sago) Shakarkandi ki chaat (Tangy/spicy sweet potato) Kuttu ki pakodi, Lauki ki sabzi (Cumin flavoured bottle gourd), Aloo ki tari(Green chilli spiced potato curry sprinkled with lemon juice) Shingara ki sabzi (Water chestnut cooked home style) Kuttu ki poori /Shingara ki poori ( fried puris made with buckwheat flour).

The dessert menu offers favourites such as Sabudana Kheer, BadamHalwa& fruit platters.
