New Delhi, 7th July, 2017: Association of Hospitality Professionals (AHP) along with Prospurse India concludes its 3 day culinary competition organized in Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering, for the 4th edition of culinary and hospitality competition “Hospitality Challenge 2017″, with Catch Masala as spice partner. This event saw coming together of over 200 young chefs under one roof, showcasing their skills & expertise in 11 different culinary categories. The objective of Hospitality Challenge is to promote and encourage the Hospitality Professionals who work behind the scene.

The three days of the event saw competitions in the categories like International Cuisine, Oriental Cuisine, Ornamental Bread, Authentic Indian Cuisine, Tandoor, 45 Minutes live Challenge, Sweet Sensation, Biryani Competition, Dressing a Cake, Wedding Cake and Halwai. The result of the competition would be announced on the award ceremony, to be held on 21st July, 2017 in the presence of Honorable Minister of State (Independent Charge) of Tourism and Culture, Dr. Mahesh Sharma. The award ceremony will witness participation of more than 300 senior hospitality professionals from renowned Hotel Groups, Resorts, and Restaurants etc.
